Bill Shaw, currently the president of the HARDI Foundation Board of Trustees, and former Heating, Air-conditioning, and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) president introduced Mike Workman, professor emeritus of Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M University during opening day of the 2011 HARDI Annual Conference.
